Due to Covid-19 children will not change for PE - PE days are allocated but alternative days may be used according to the weather.

Children will remove jumpers and ties and should have trainers with them every day.

In P.E. safety is of the utmost importance. It is therefore important that each child is dressed safely and appropriately for the lesson. Guidelines for this are as follows:

Dress:             Shorts and t shirt- well fitting and not loose

For outdoor activities children should wear tracksuits

Y1-2 do not change for P.E. but remove their tie and jumper.

Therefore it is advisable to have elasticated ties for this age group.

                             Y3 change for some activities

                             Y4-7 change for all activities

Footwear:              Should be suitable for indoor work i.e. no hard soles

Children without proper footwear will not be permitted to take part.

N.B Laces are not suitable for children unless they can tie these independently

Jewellery:               Should be removed at all times
