Platinum Jubilee Celebration Day

All of us had great fun dressing up for this fine occasion.  We made sandwiches, bounced on the bouncy castle, had a scavenger hunt, sang Bring It All Back (S Club 7 song from the 1990s), had lunch outside and had a delicious ice cream or lolly. It was a really sunny day!  What a day to remember.

Year 3 had lots of fun sharing their treasure boxes.  Each box was unique and we all enjoyed looking at many fascinationg objects and photographs.  Thank you everyone!

Our topic for this term is Our Amazing World.  We started by learning all about birds.  We all had a turn at making bird cake.  Then we hung the food around the school grounds.  We took part in the Big School's Birdwatch.  During Activity Based Learning we made bird tables, painted pictures and played games involving birds.

In PE we are developing our skills in gymnastics!  Have a look at us moving about on the apparatus!

Christmas Show

We have also been busy making chocolate apples.  That was lots of fun!
